Vista is a landmark development of 295 premium-size apartments benefiting from city views located within a short walk from the historic centre of Peterborough. Sustainability was the key project driver culminating in the project meeting zero-carbon emission standard under the Affordable Solutions Scheme. The scheme is part of what was the UK's largest zero carbon housing development incorporating a wood pellet CHP providing district heating throughout the facility.

Conversion of four storey 115,426 ft office building to provide 200 apartments whist tenants remain in place to the retail and railway station below. Together with the rooftop extension that provide an 64 total flats in total with a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom sizes.
Welbourne is a key component in the transformational masterplan for Tottenham Hale. Welbourne provides 131 apartments with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom flats arranged over 3 blocks of up to 16 storeys. The development also incorporates a raised landscaped courtyard and roof terrace for all residents, space for a new health centre to serve up to 30,000 local people, and retail space on the ground floor to cater to the local population’s needs.
The development forms part of a broader £500 million programme of works delivered as part of a ‘Strategic Development Partnership’ (SDP) between Argent Related PLC and London Borough Haringey Council. The project in Tottenham Hale will develop five sites around the station and deliver 1,030 new homes.
